Supplements
Sports Nutrition Supplements You can trust
There is an incredible array of Sports Nutrition Supplements available. With thousands of different brands and formulations of varying qualities and efficacies.
Many of my personal clients don't want to have to spend hours on line looking at the different formulations and labels they prefer me to say here isa good one take this one.
Because of this I have set up my own shop where you can purchase the products that I recommend.
I ALWAYS advise clients to switch brands from time to time and not to stick to the same one for ever so from time to time you will notice that I do that with the products in the online store.

Hey Matt
As someone who is aiming to increase there level of performance I am looking into using such supplements to increase the protien in my diet, however I personal suffer from lactosse intolerence and due to this I cannot use whey as it will hinder my fitness more than improve it my body cannot digest it. I have found out about soy and egg protien supplements from many companies such as optimum but I have not found an example of use of egg protien in the world of rugby. Could you enlighten me on this subject.

Hey Tom,
I would use aminos – BCAAs and EAAs instead, then mix these with egg protein / eggs whites and the other sources of protein powder you listed above when making shakes and smoothies.
Eggs protein is good, but I get the guys to eat loads of eggs for breakfast – so we'll use aminos and other sources of 'fast' proteins in and around training to enhance performance.
