Matt Lovell is an Elite Sports Nutritionist, he has worked with the England Rugby Team since 2002 taking them to 2 World Cup Finals.

 

Matt worked intensively with the Uk Athletics team in the lead up to the 2012 Olympics. Matt also works with Premiership Champions man City and Spurs.

 

His job revolves around teaching and coaching elite athletes on how to manage their body fat and blood sugar levels.

 

He is an authority on weight loss and muscle building techniques.
